I’m not sure how much I care for Tiffany & Co. itself, but I like keys and the lighting of this photo.
1. I get to work with my first-choice thesis advisor next year on genetic loci that influence food preference behavior. Yay!
2. My conference this weekend is half-paid for.
3. I won a scholarship that will fund my teaching internship abroad at National Taiwan Science Education Center this summer.

I’m so happy about the conclusions of room draw this year—I will be living in a hallway with really chill people, and one of my good friends will be living next door to me! :)

One of the bad things about playing the piano versus playing the violin or trumpet is that a piano seems like public property. If it’s sitting in the family living room, you can’t really tell people not to play it, even if its yours, specifically.
